When you update the LoadMaster software, the VMware tools add-on pack does not automatically get updated to the latest version. To update the VMware tools add-on pack to the latest version, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the following page: LoadMaster VMware Tools Add-On.
  2. Download the relevant add-on (based on your LoadMaster firmware version).
  3. Unzip the files.
  4. In the LoadMaster User Interface (UI), go to System Configuration > Update Software.
  5. Click Choose File next to Addon Package File.
  6. Browse to and select the installation file.
  7. If required, click Choose File next to Verification File and browse to and select the checksum XML file.
  8. Click Install Addon Package.
  9. Click OK to the success message.
  10. You must then reboot the LoadMaster to activate the add-on package. Go to System Configuration > System Administration > System Reboot and click Reboot.
Note: If it is a High Availability (HA) or clustering setup, you must manually install the add-on (as with all add-ons) on each units.
