The following prerequisites must be in place before configuring DigiCert certificates on the LoadMaster:

  • A LoadMaster with firmware version 7.2.58 or above

  • An existing DigiCert account

  • Availability of Key ID and HMAC Key values (taken from DigiCert account as a result of Directory URLs Automation setup).

    Note: For security reasons, after setting the Key ID and HMAC Key values, you can only see the part of these values over UI.

  • A HTTP/HTTPS Layer 7 Virtual Service must already be configured with SubVSs so that a new, temporary SubVS, with no real servers can be added during the cert creation or renewal process.
