To add the parent Virtual Service, follow the steps below in the LoadMaster WUI:
- In the main menu, select Virtual Services.
- Select Add New.
- Enter a valid IP address.
- Enter 443 as the Port.
- Enter a recognizable Service Name.
- Click Add this Virtual Service.
- Expand the SSL Properties section.
- Select the Enabled check box.
- Expand the Advanced Properties section.
- Click Enable next to Content Switching.
- Expand the Real Servers section.
- Click Add SubVS.
- Click OK.
- Click None in the Rules column in the SubVSs section.
- Select the rule to be added (for example, API) and click Add.Note: Repeat the steps as needed to assign more rules.
- Click Back.
- Click Modify.
- Enter the SubVS Name, for example, Exchange 2019 HTTPS Offload - API.
- Expand the Real Servers section.
- Click Add New.
- Enter the relevant address in the Real Server Address text box.
- Enter 80 as the Port.
- Click Add This Real Server.
The steps above describe how to add one SubVS. There are three SubVSs in this example. For documents on how to deploy various supported workloads, refer to the Deployment Guide section on the documentation page.
