HostName (HOST)

Purpose

Specifies the host name of the Oracle Service Cloud site to which you want to connect.

Valid Values

url

where:

url
is the host name of the Oracle Service Cloud site to which you want to connect. Do not include the internet protocol (such as http:// or https://) in this value. For example, mysite.custhelp.com.

Notes

  • The value specified in the Host Name connection option is not the URL for the SOAP endpoint. The driver builds the SOAP endpoint using the value provided in the HostName connection option (for example, mysite.custhelp.com) in conjunction with the value of the Interface Name connection option.
