MaxPoolSize (MXPS)

Purpose

The maximum number of connections allowed within a single connection pool. When the maximum number of connections is reached, no additional connections can be created in the connection pool.

is a positive integer from 1 to 65535. For example, if set to 20, the maximum number of connections allowed in the pool is 20.

  • This connection option can affect performance.
