<Number>.toString

<DateTime*>.toString

*includes DateTime, Date, and Time data types

Converts a value to a data type of String.

The Operators row of the table in Summary Table of Vocabulary Usage Restriction applies. No special exceptions.

The following Rulesheet uses .toString to convert 3 data types to strings. Rule N.3 also uses the alternative String concatenation syntax. See Add Strings for details.
