<DateTime1>.isSameTime(<DateTime2>)

Returns boolean. True if DateTime1 is the same as DateTime2, ignoring the date part.

The Operators row of the table in Summary Table of Vocabulary Usage Restriction applies. No special exceptions

The following Rulesheet uses .isSameTime to determine whether two dateTime values are the same time.
