From Semaphore 5.6, the Publisher functionality is provided in the standard Semaphore Studio installation. No separate installation is required.

However, if you do need to run the Publisher from a separate box to that running KMM, you can do so by installing the standalone publisher and running that from the command line. See Standalone Publisher for details.
