To configure the Skype for Business SE Edge External HLB AV Media UDP Virtual Service, follow the steps below:

  1. Select View/Modify Services under Virtual Services in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Click Modify on the Skype for Business SE Edge External HLB AV Media UDP Virtual Service.
  3. Expand the Real Servers section.
  4. Click Add New.
  5. Enter the Real Server Address.
  6. Confirm that Port 3478 is entered.
  7. Set the Forwarding Method to Direct Return.
  8. Click Add This Real Server.
  9. Add additional Real Servers as needed.
Note: Ensure the Forwarding Method is set to Direct Return when adding the Real Servers.
