Screens within Automate MFT offer customizable column views, allowing users to tailor the data display to suit their workflow. Each screen provides a set of column options relevant to its context.
Users can access the column customization menu by clicking the column selector
icon (
).
This opens a drop-down menu listing all available columns for that screen. From there,
users can show or hide columns by selecting or clearing check boxes. Each grid has
different column choices. Column customization is saved per page for each user and can
be reset with the Reset column layout to defaults button (
). Changes to column
visibility, order, and width are saved automatically and restored across sessions,
browsers, and devices. Saved layouts apply to grids in the Tasks,
Libraries, and Reports sections.
