Use the “optional fact” hierarchical relationship to model any optional fact elements (the inverse is “optional fact in”.)
Use the Ordered List of the context to model where in the sequence the optional fact occurs (or looking at it the other way, where the fact may or may not occur).
Represents an anchor in a context.
This anchor can either be one of the Anchor Types, or it can be another context, which would make the anchor a context anchor.
