Recall Packages

You can recall a package that you sent so that it is no longer available to the recipients. A recalled package will be removed from the MOVEit server and will not be available for download by the recipients. Recalled packages will still appear in the Sent Mailbox, where they can be viewed, trashed, or resent with edits to any of the options available when sending a package (recipients, note, attachments, etc).

注: Recalling a package has no affect on package quotas, so cannot be used to "recover" quota.

To recall a package that you sent:

  1. Click Home to view your Inbox.
  2. Using the Go to Mailbox selector, select Sent.
  3. Locate the package you want to recall and open it.
  4. Click Recall.
  5. Confirm the selection.
