As a guest user sender, you can initiate sending of files to a recipient. This is similar to sending an email with attachments.

After you register, the Send a package page opens.

注: Depending on how your system is configured, the bottom of the page might show the Upload/Download Wizard Status.

The From field shows your email address. The To field shows the recipient (which you entered when you self-registered).

  1. Enter a Subject and a Note. (Whether or not the note is required depends upon your site settings.)

    The padlock icon to the left of the Note box appears open or locked depending upon the Secure the Note default set by the administrator. (You might have a per package override checkbox in Options below.)

    • Locked: This note will appear in the package, but it will not appear as part of a new package notification email.
    • Open: The note will be included in the new package notification email.

      If your organization allows it, an HTML rich text editor is available to users of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Mozilla browsers with JavaScript enabled. You can change the font, size, alignment, and color of the note content, format lists, and include links.

      You might also have a Check Spelling button available.

      1. Optionally add files. How you add files depends on whether you have enabled a wizard. See Configure the Upload/Download Wizard to learn about the benefits of using the wizard, and how to install and enable it or disable it if necessary.
          • No wizard enabled: Click Choose File or Browse, select one file, and then click Upload. To add multiple files to the package, click Add another file.

          Wizard enabled:

          • ActiveX または Java ウィザード:

          コンピュータ上の場所を指定して開いたウィンドウにファイルを 1 つ以上ドラッグアンドドロップするか、[ファイルの追加] をクリックしてファイルを 1 つ以上選択します。[フォルダーの追加] をクリックして、フォルダーの内容をすべてアップロードすることもできます。[次へ] をクリックします。

          [ファイルを個々にアップロード] または [すべてのファイルを 1 つの .zip でアップロード] を選択します。

          必要に応じて、アップロードに関するメモを入力します。

          必要に応じて、[完了時にウィザードを閉じる] を選択します。

          ファイル名を変更する場合や各ファイルに個別のメモを入力する場合は、[「名前を付けてアップロード」の名前とメモのプロンプトを表示する] を選択します。ファイルごとに次のウィンドウが表示されます。

          必要に応じてファイル名を変更し、メモを追加します。

          [OK] をクリックします。

      1. このパッケージのオプションを選択します。これらのオプションには、次のいずれかのフィールドが含まれる場合があります。
        • [メモを保護]。このオプションを選択すると、メモのテキストは、通知メールから除外され、安全に処理されます。
        • [配信確認メッセージ]。。各受信者がパッケージを読んだとき、およびファイルをダウンロードしたときに送信者に通知メールが届きます。
        • [「全員に返信」を禁止する]。 受信者がパッケージに対して [全員に返信] を選択できないようにします。
        • [すべての返信を禁止する]。 受信者がパッケージに対して返信できないようにします。
        • [ダウンロード回数を 1 ファイルあたり nn 回に制限する]。送信されたファイルを受信者がダウンロードできる最大回数 (nn)。数値を指定します。
        • [パッケージは n 日後に有効期限が切れます]。受信者がパッケージを使用できる日数 (nn)。

          オプションが管理者によってロックされている場合、値は表示されますが、変更することはできません。

  2. Click Send.

    A new package notification email is sent to the recipient.
