Ways to find and download a file:

  • FOLDERS page. Select a folder containing the file and click download.
  • Search Results. Search for the file.
  • New file notification. Click (or copy into your browser) the link sent in the email. This link takes you directly to the file referenced in the email. (After you sign on, if necessary.)
  • If you do not know where the file is, search for it in the Find File/Folder box in the left navigation area. Enter either the NAME of the file (e.g., readme.txt) or the FILEID (e.g., 1234567) and click the magnifying glass to search.

Aplicación de descarga de la interfaz de usuario web

La aplicación de descarga de la interfaz de usuario web no comprueba la integridad de la descarga automáticamente y de forma predeterminada.

Cuando descarga un archivo, se abre la ventana Descargas. Después del término de la descarga del archivo, puede opcionalmente hacer clic en Revisar. Ubique y seleccione el archivo descargado. Una marca de verificación verde indica que la revisión de integridad fue exitosa. Una X roja indica una revisión de integridad fallida.

También puede realizar revisiones de integridad en Descargas recientes desde su página de inicio, si está activado.
