The official list of EoS offerings, their effective dates, and the supported replacement offerings are maintained on the WhatsUp Gold Life Cycle page, which serves as the authoritative source of record. Customers holding an EoS offering are expected to plan and execute a transition to an identified replacement offering in accordance with the lifecycle guidance and timelines defined in this policy.
